The AME Technology Vertical Tensile Tester (NexGen) AME-1015 is an advanced tensile testing system engineered to deliver precise, repeatable, and standardized tensile measurements for paper, paperboard, and tissue materials. The instrument eliminates operator-related variability through automated test execution, accurate force control, and intelligent data processing.

The tester is equipped with high-friction anti-slip clamps that securely grip specimens without causing damage, ensuring accurate elongation and tensile force measurement. The crosshead movement is driven by a high-precision lead screw powered by a servo/stepper motor, allowing smooth motion, precise speed control, and consistent test conditions.

The integrated NexGen touch interface records, processes, and stores test data automatically. Upon test completion, the system generates comprehensive test reports including graphical representations and statistical analysis such as maximum, minimum, mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, and MD/CD ratio. Reports can be printed or transferred wirelessly or via USB to a PC for further evaluation.
