The AME Technology Horizontal Tensile Tester (NexGen) AME-1006 is an advanced material testing system engineered to deliver precise and repeatable tensile test results in accordance with international standards. The instrument provides rapid determination of peak force, tensile strength, percentage elongation, tensile stiffness, tensile index, breaking length, strain at break, and Young’s modulus.

The system features a high-resolution NexGen touch interface that displays real-time stress–strain curves and test data. Integrated NexGen IoT software guides the operator through test setup, parameter selection, and execution, significantly reducing human error and ensuring test consistency.

High-friction, auto-sensing clamps securely grip test specimens and prevent slippage during testing, ensuring accurate elongation and force measurement. Test results can be stored internally, printed, or transferred wirelessly or via USB to a PC for detailed analysis and report generation.
